Fatigue

Fatigue and tiredness are two different conditions even though you may want sleep all the time. It is good to know of differences when it comes down to treatments. There are more serious conditions stem from using the wrong medication to treat an illness, sickness or disease. Fatigue affects people suffering from depression. Fatigue can be a result of a disease/disorder, and if your tiredness prolongs for an unhealthy amount of time then see your GP. There’s nothing worse if the mind is willing but the body is weak.

If your tiredness is the result of not getting enough sleep then you simply have to get more of it. People differ in their body’s needs where one person will require more sleep than another. Most adults need six to eight hours sleep but time scale may differ depending on the adult. Old folk normally need less.
The reason your tired and the body feels lifeless all the time could be due to stress , it can also be the outcome from bad eating habits, overwork; even specific medications can be held responsible.
Make a record of the things you think might be causing your fatigue and look at the ways to deal with them.

Fatigue is a regular symptom seen in people with mental health problems, such as depression and grief.
If a person feels exhausted (fatigued) it could signify an
underlying illness (thyroid disorder, heart disease or diabetes.)

Causes of fatigue include:

Acute liver failure
Alcohol abuse
Anxiety
Caffeine
Cancer

Depression
Emphysema
Extreme Physical activity
Grief
Heart disease
Hyperthyroidism (overactive or underactive thyroid)
Inactivity
Kidney failure
Specific medications
Overweight problems
Recovering from major surgery
Diabetes

If you are diagnosed with having mental health problems and feel fatigued and consider committing suicide, or want to cause pain on yourself or others see your doctor immediately.

There are several conditions we can look towards for bringing fatigue on people. If you visit your GP he/she may be able to determine which condition may be the problem and then prescribe medication to treat it.
Refresh the body by giving it back lost energy, you do this by eating a well balanced diet containing plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, exercise the body, and get plenty of sleep. Vitamins and minerals are vital for specific body processes, and a healthy diet ensures the body to function at its best. Best bodies are them that are healthy. If the human body can’t function right then you can expect all sorts of health problems to rise because of this.

Fatigue, tiredness and weariness all boil down to the same thing where you want to lie down and sleep. While this is a good idea, it is only a quick fix because you have to wake up, and feel tired all over again, if your fatigue is caused by a condition or disease, then you need to treat this so the life in your body can return. Some people use stimulants for an energy boost. Energy drinks, caffeinated and sugary liquids are also consumed as a quick fix to help with their tiredness. Coffee is a common stimulant also. Before trying something new remedy or solution for your fatigue or tiredness speak to your GP first.
