Stress
How can stress affect ones
health a bemused outsider asks, well for a
person who is lucky enough to have stress pass
them by will find it more difficult to
understand why a person who suffers from stress
acts the way they
do
Stress
affects health in many ways and sadly not one
of them in a good way.
1. Stress
causes insomnia and because of this it can
worsen the condition due to lack of sleep.
Patients have their vitality and productivity
slowed down.
2. Stress
slows you down taking all your energy that you
need to function properly
3. Stress
can affect your eating habits. Some people can
be driven to stress eat and on the other hand
some people can’t manage to eat anything at all
when faced with the pressures of
stress.
4. Stress
can encourage a person to take up unhealthy
habits causing major risk to their health in
general. For example, you may feel stressed and
decide to turn to booze i.e. have an alcoholic
drink or smoke a cigarette,
etc.
What are
the signs of stress? You probably already have
your own personal stress gauge. Stress is
extremely personal, and so is your reaction to
how you cope and deal with the symptoms. It is
because of this that symptoms of stress tend to
vary from person to person. With most cases of
any health issue medications and treatments
will differ greatly due to severity of the
condition being treated.
